The Animation Apostles Animation Bootcamp is a 3 months virtual hands-on program where you learn from the foundations of animation, and work your way up to learning the professional art of industry level animation.
You are given a chance to put your newly-found skill to use in a real world production. And, finally, you get a certificate at the end of the program.
It’s a fully virtual course that would feature live sessions with professionals, where everything is done in realtime to ensure that you have a really awesome learning expereince.
We cover mainly 2D animation software (primarily Toon Boom Harmony, the industry standard) as well as a wide variety of other 2d animation software like, Clip Studio Paint, TV Paint, Moho and Krita.
We delve into various animation forms and go into 3d animation as well.
It’s fully packed with live sessions, projects, discussion and help, as well as all the animation goodies you may never see elsewhere.
We go deep into frame by frame animation, Toon Boom rigging and 3d animation. This course is primarily focused on teaching you industry level knowledge necessary to be an effective animator in a real-world production.
What You Get:
- Foundational knowledge of animation, as well as the basics covered.
- Go into more complex scenes by first learning how to use animation software. Primarily Toon Boom harmony, Blender and Anime Studio. We also touch TV paint, Krita and Clip studio paint.
- Create an original short animation project from what you have learnt.
- Participate in a real world production and get an idea on how animation is done in the industry, giving you the valuable vital experience needed.
- You get a professional certification at the end of the program.

- A computer
- Access to Internet
- An Animation software (We can assist you with some if needed)
- Primarily Toon Boom Harmony, then optionally Blender, TV Paint, Clip Studio Paint, Moho or Krita
- A drawing tablet (preferably but not compulsory)
- You also need passion!
